Kettlebell Sport Circuit is designed to bring out the athlete in everyone. The athletic challenges during each class will boost your metabolism, burn calories, and increase strength, balance, and endurance. This strength and sports conditioning class uses circuit and interval training techniques. It combines strength training moves and cardio for the most effective way to strip fat and gain muscle. The best part is there are no dance moves! For the person born with two left feet, this class is perfect because it uses agility drills, functional strength moves, integrated balance, reactive training, and more. If you are bored with continuously pumping out 10 reps in the gym and are looking for something fresh and different, then this is the class for you. Experience an hour of strength and conditioning with Kettlebell Strength Circuit. This class is based on a sequence of exercises to build muscular strength and endurance, get your heart rate up, and fire up that metabolism. This circuit based class will keep you wondering what’s next, with battling ropes, swinging kettlebells, medicine ball slams and more, you won’t be able to think about how hard your working out. This is certainly no easy workout, but if you're willing to put in the work, you'll get the results you've always wanted!
30/30/30 is 30 minutes of boot camp, 30 minutes of kettlebells, and 30 minutes of core. The boot camp portion is cardio based working on speed, agility, and endurance for the inner athlete in us. The kettlebell portion is built around strength training. The core is, yes, all core, abs, hips, and back for strengthening, toning, and tightening your center, the powerhouse of your body. The great part about the 30/30/30 class is you can attend one, two or all three classes depending on your schedule that day.
Boot Camp workouts are intense exercise sessions that challenge every muscle in your body. By rapidly moving from exercise to exercise with little rest in between, you tone and firm muscles while getting a good cardiovascular workout at the same time. A boot camp workout is one of the most efficient programs around. You don't have to spend hours in a gym to burn a ton of calories, one-hour long boot camp session can burn as many as 600 calories due to the intensity of the workout and the diversity of movements.
